Every program is private

When you choose Penang Insights you will be our only customer for the day. Your trip is operated with just your party and your local host/driver. We can accommodate a maximum of three guests in your party.

We believe that a private trip is the best way to enjoy all that Penang has to offer at your own leisure and in your own time. If you wish to linger longer at a particular landmark for sightseeing or photography, or make an ad-hoc stop along your journey we’ll accommodate your wishes accordingly.

What to expect

Your host will meet you at your hotel and drop you off afterwards. Transport is a late model and comfortable air conditioned vehicle. During your trip your host will share his local knowledge and experiences on the cultural, religious and historical significance of key landmarks. We’ll take the time to stop for refreshments along the way so you can experience Penang’s renowned street food.

It has a cooler climate and the oldest funicular railway track and hill station.
