- All services on this site are offered by Penang Insights
- Check the dates are available first by submitting your enquiry
- Confirm the number of travel guests (including yourself) and tour itineraries when submitting your enquiry
- You will receive an online invoicing for payment once your dates and itineraries are agreed
- Booking is only confirmed once a full payment is received
- The payment can be made by credit cards or PayPal
- If the tour is cancelled 72 hours or earlier prior the tour date, a full refund will be reimbursed. In the case of a later cancellation, between 48 hours and 72 hours, a partial refund of 50 percent will be reimbursed.
- There is no refund if the cancellation is less than 48 hours prior the tour date.
- Bring along your booking confirmation on the day of the tour prior to commencing the tour
- Your saftey is our highest priority. Our travel host is trained on standard CPR and first aid. We will take every precaution to ensure safety on our tours
- It is advisable that you and your travel companions follow any instructions given to you by our travel host and to follow the generally accepted norms of behaviour in Malaysia
- The estimated duration time on each tours include the travel time to and from your hotel. This may vary depending on the traffic and weather conditions during the trip
