Terms and Conditions

  1. All services on this site are offered by Penang Insights
  2. Check the dates are available first by submitting your enquiry
  3. Confirm the number of travel guests (including yourself) and tour itineraries when submitting your enquiry
  4. You will receive an online invoicing for payment once your dates and itineraries are agreed
  5. Booking is only confirmed once a full payment is received
  6. The payment can be made by credit cards or PayPal
  7. If the tour is cancelled 72 hours or earlier prior the tour date, a full refund will be reimbursed. In the case of a later cancellation, between 48 hours and 72 hours, a partial refund of 50 percent will be reimbursed.
  8. There is no refund if the cancellation is less than 48 hours prior the tour date.
  9. Bring along your booking confirmation on the day of the tour prior to commencing the tour
  10. Your saftey is our highest priority. Our travel host is trained on standard CPR and first aid. We will take every precaution to ensure safety on our tours
  11. It is advisable that you and your travel companions follow any instructions given to you by our travel host and to follow the generally accepted norms of behaviour in Malaysia
  12. The estimated duration time on each tours include the travel time to and from your hotel. This may vary depending on the traffic and weather conditions during the trip
