Terms and Conditions

  1. All services on this site are offered by Penang Insights
  2. Check the dates are available first by submitting your enquiry
  3. Confirm the number of guests (including yourself) and your preferred local experience when submitting your enquiry
  4. Booking is only confirmed once both parties agree on the date, schedule and cost in an email
  5. Payment can be made by cash in Malaysian Ringgit on the day of the service delivery
  6. Your safety is our highest priority.  It is advisable that you and your travel companions follow any instructions given to you by our local host and to follow the generally accepted norms of behaviour in Malaysia
  7. Please advice our local host of any known medical condition and mobility restriction prior to commencing our service, including any minor or elderly guest
  8. The estimated duration time on each tours include the travel time to and from your hotel. This may vary depending on the traffic and weather condition on the day. A half day is a 4-hours service and a full day is an 8-hours service. The agreed full cost still applies if you decide to terminate the service on the day or sooner than the agreed service delivery time
  9. Please discuss with our local host should you require additional time on the day of the service. Additional time is charged by the hour at $50 Malaysian Ringgit per person
